Finding your Product Code

Your product code is located behind the battery door. To find your product code:

1 Remove the battery door with a small philips headed screwdriver.

2. Pull the battery door away from the weemote and then flip it around to the reverse side. This is the side facing the batteries when mounted on the weemote® case.

3. Locate the code sticker. In the center of the inside of the battery door, you will find the code sticker.

4. Just below the box to enter your Set-Top code at the very bottom you will find a small box that has the product code and associated "R" number.

5. Please note your "R" version product code number when checking our site for problems that may be affecting your installation. This information is also very important to provide when completing a trouble report. Valid product codes are R2, R3, R4, R5, R6.X, R7.X.

PLEASE NOTE THAT EARLY VERSION WEEMOTE'S DID NOT HAVE PRODUCT CODE INFORMATION ON THIS STICKER. PRODUCT CODE INFORMATION FOR THESE MODELS CAN BE FOUND IN THE BASE OF THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT. VALID CODE NUMBERS ARE 00 09, 00 10, 00 32 AND 00 42.
